Artists in the studio in East London

Background | Inspiration | Materials

I grew up in the quiet Lithuanian countryside, where I found joy in simple pleasures - walking barefoot on warm summer days, swimming in wild waters, listening to nature’s sounds, and stargazing under the night sky. Nature has always inspired me, and I love to observe, listen, and fully experience it through my senses.

My art reflects the interconnectedness of all life - how one form breaks down into particles and transforms into something new. I am deeply interested in the cycles of life, the link between our body and environment, and the flow of energy between the inner self and the world around us. I don’t confine myself to a single style of painting, instead embracing complete creative freedom.

To bring this vision to life, I use diverse materials, incorporate object-like elements, and design unique canvas shapes, often combining them into unconventional compositions. My focus is on exploring how different elements can come together harmoniously to create a unified piece.
