Shipping

All paintings will be carefully packed and shipped as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days for UK deliveries, and 10–15 working days for international orders.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the estimated weight of your order.

Please note that any customs or import fees that may apply are the responsibility of the buyer.

All artworks are shipped via Royal Mail, Parcel Force, or UPS.

If you’re a local buyer and would prefer to collect your painting in person, just send me an email to arrange a convenient collection time.

Returns

If you're not completely happy with your painting, you’re welcome to return it. Please notify me within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

Returned items must be in their original, undamaged condition and packaging, and must be sent back within 21 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any insurance during transit.

Once I’ve received the artwork in its original condition, I’ll issue a full refund as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the return date.

Please note that commissioned artworks cannot be cancelled or returned, unless they have been damaged during delivery.
